The Possibility Ledger is the deliverable of Phase 02. It is not a brainstorm. It is not a list of dreams. It is a filtered, AI-generated set of specific, proven directions that have been run through your Origin data and six high-fidelity discovery questions. Each entry in the Possibility Ledger represents a direction that is aligned with your Season of Life, your Signature Move, and the problem you are built to solve. The Ledger is the input to Phase 03, where you apply the CLEAN Filter and the Green Decision protocol to select your direction.
The CLEAN Filter is the primary decision instrument of Phase 03 (YesClarity). Each letter represents a criterion: Clarity (do you understand what this direction actually requires?), Leverage (does it use your Signature Move?), Energy (does it energize or drain you?), Alignment (does it match your Season of Life?), and Next (is there a clear, immediate next action?). A direction that passes all five criteria is a candidate for the Green Decision. A direction that fails any criterion is either refined or removed from consideration.
The Green Decision is the output of the CLEAN Filter process. It is not a decision made under pressure, urgency, or external expectation. It is a decision that has been tested against five criteria and passed. A Green Decision is characterized by clarity, alignment, and the absence of internal resistance. It is the only type of decision the Earned Yes OS authorizes for full commitment. Decisions that have not passed the CLEAN Filter are held in a Yellow Decision queue for further refinement.
S•Craft is the communication instrument of the Earned Yes OS. It is not a script library. It is a language architecture system that teaches you to build conversation structures from your own signal — using your natural authority, your Signature Move, and the specific language patterns that align with your identity. S•Craft covers four primary conversation types: the Discovery Conversation, the Offer Conversation, the Objection Conversation, and the Follow-Through Conversation. YesDemeanor is the presence phase of the Earned Yes OS. It is built on the research of Joel Bauer and the science of non-verbal communication. The core premise: 93% of communication is non-verbal. MillionMinutes is the final phase of the Earned Yes OS and the one that makes the entire system sustainable. The premise: you have approximately one million minutes of productive life remaining. How you allocate them determines the output of your OS. MillionMinutes provides a structured time architecture — built on the System1440 framework — that aligns your daily, weekly, and quarterly commitments with your Green Decisions, your Signature Move, and your Season of Life. It is not a productivity system. It is a life OS.
System1440 is the operational framework within the MillionMinutes phase. There are 1,440 minutes in every day. System1440 teaches you to account for all of them — not through rigid scheduling, but through intentional allocation. Each block of time is assigned to one of four categories: Signal Work (your Signature Move in action), Signal Hygiene (maintenance of your identity and environment), Signal Investment (learning, relationships, and inputs that amplify your signal), and Signal Rest (recovery that restores your capacity to transmit). The goal is not efficiency. The goal is alignment.
Season of Life is one of the six inputs to the Possibility Generator. It is not a vague life-stage label. It is a precise identification of the specific chapter you are currently in — its constraints, its freedoms, its primary tension, and its natural authority. A person in the Season of Building operates differently from a person in the Season of Transition or the Season of Legacy. The Possibility Generator uses your Season of Life to filter out directions that are misaligned with your current capacity and to amplify directions that are naturally suited to where you are right now.

Origin is the first phase of the Earned Yes OS and the most important. No downstream phase can function accurately without a clean signal. Origin includes the LabelShred process, the Signature Move identification, the Season of Life assessment, and the Signal Hygiene baseline. Over seven days — a Sunday pre-class followed by Monday through Friday live sessions — Tim Wise reveals one phase of the Earned Yes OS per day.
